Andrew Seagrave, General Manager
Andrew moved to the Napa Valley in 2004. He started off bussing tables at the local St. Helena hot-spot, Martini House. His humble start helped him learn the intricacies of hospitality and service, quickly climbing the ranks and taking on more roles. Since then Andrew has immersed himself in Napa Valley, working harvests at multiple prestigious wineries and learning about wine from the vine to the cellar to the bottle. His interest piqued, Andrew went on to attain the award of Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Nick Heinrich, Executive Chef
A native of Alabama, Chef Nick trained under several prominent chefs in Alabama and learned the joys of “New Southern Cuisine.” In the early 2000s he moved to San Francisco where he worked at The Dining Room at The Ritz Carlton. A two-year stint as Bounty Hunter’s Sous Chef led Nick to open a successful southern cuisine catering business in the North Bay. But the pull of Bounty Hunter was too strong and he’s back cooking full steam for us, inspiring and teaching his team and embracing local and seasonal foods.
Brandon Watts, Sous Chef
Brandon was born and raised in Maryland. He received his BBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University in Virginia. He then earned his certificate in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Since graduation Brandon has worked under many notable chefs at multiple different restaurants and catering companies during his time in Napa Valley. He started at Bounty Hunter in December 2014.
Ryan Almond, Manager
Ryan Almond was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2009 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2010, he moved to Ecuador to teach English and lived there for a year and a half. Not long after, he moved back to Rockford to get married, where he worked in a sushi bar and also a life insurance brokerage company. He moved to Napa in 2014 for an opportunity to build a career in the wine industry, and has worked at Bounty Hunter ever since! We are delighted to have him.
David Tate, Manager
Dave Tate is a true Napa Valley local, born at Queen of The Valley Hospital. He’s lived here all his life, save a two year stint managing a restaurant in Kona, on Hawaii’s Big Island. He worked for many years (8) at Rutherford Grill as a lead server and trainer, then he went on to manage Redd Wood in Yountville for three years. When he’s not working at Bounty Hunter you can find Dave at home with his wife Krista and 12 year old son, Dylan, likely cooking, drinking good wine, and entertaining his friends.
